Our braces are designed and fabricated using the latest technology. They are comprised of three key components, iBracket™ Customized Brackets, a series of precision-formed iWire™ Precision Archwires and iTray™ Indirect Bonding Trays for efficient, precise bonding.

Preparing your case (Click image for detail view)

The process starts in your clinic. Using our proven protocol, take a 2-phase impression of the patient's teeth. The first phase acts as a custom tray for the 2nd phase. The 2-phase impression will be used to pour models for fabricating the custom brackets and for making the bonding tray, so precision is a must. After the impressions have been taken, the doctor must fill out the lab order form specifying how the teeth should be setup.				Teeth are set up according to Andrews six keys of good occlusion by specially trained lab technicians.		Set-ups are scanned into a computer.
Brackets are designed using our ProLingual® CAD/CAM software The occlusal plane is defined and bracket slots are set.		Brackets are printed using 3-D printing technology. Then brackets are cast.		Wire geometry is defined in the computer and wires are bent using our precision bending technology.		Brackets are placed on malocclusion models and iTray™ are made for indirect bonding.

A three or four-wire sequence is designed with a dental CAD/CAM system and then fabricated using robotic wire bending technology.

• SMA wires for initial stages
• Stainless steel or TMA for finishing.
• Precise wire fabrication means few if any wire adjustments at chairside.

iTray Indirect Bonding Trays

Indirect bonding trays are included with each bracket set to ensure easy, precise bracket placement every time.
